wondering what “creative leader” even means?

i was born and raised in the theater and, as a result, have come to develop an extremely diverse portfolio of experiences. the common thread between all of these positions is the creative leadership that i offer any team i work on. basically — i produce, stage manage, direct, teach, and manage artistic projects with style.
